If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> as received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be returned in the <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid <strong>receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong> is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-returnable items include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable digital products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health and personal care items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable goods (flowers, supplements, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <strong>do not<\/strong> send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items with visible signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened media\/software (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned after more than 30 days from delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received your refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recheck your bank account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company \u2013 it may take time to reflect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank \u2013 processing times vary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Still no refund?
