Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (flowers, supplements, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened media/software (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after more than 30 days from delivery
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few working days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift:
- A gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
