About Paradise Wellness
What is Paradise Wellness?
Paradise Wellness is a doctor-led skin, laser and hair clinic group in Delhi NCR. We offer laser hair removal, skin and pigmentation treatments, facials, injectables and hair-loss care, with every treatment plan guided by our doctors. You can visit us at any of our four clinics, in Vasant Vihar, Gurugram, Pitampura and Civil Lines.
Where are your clinics?
We have four clinics: Vasant Vihar (B7/1A, Block B, our head office), Gurugram (561, Golf Course Road, Sector 43), Pitampura (Plot No. 6, Engineers Enclave, Harsh Vihar) and Civil Lines (21/31, Mall Road, Hakikat Nagar). Our Locations page has maps, directions and the nearest metro station for each clinic.
What are your opening hours?
All our clinics are open every day, 10am to 8pm. As timings can occasionally change, for example around festivals, we suggest calling or messaging us on WhatsApp on +91 97738 63777 before you visit, especially if you are planning a treatment rather than a quick enquiry.
Who are your doctors?
Our team includes Dr. Surabhi Sharma, a dermatologist with an MD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy; Dr. Souparna Modgil, an aesthetic physician and trichologist; and Dr. Saman Ahmad, an aesthetic physician. You can read about their training and areas of focus on our Doctors page.
What does ‘doctor-led’ mean at Paradise Wellness?
It means our doctors assess your skin or hair, decide whether a treatment is suitable and set the treatment plan, including machine settings for laser. Treatments are then carried out following their protocols, and any questions or concerns during your course can be raised with our team and doctors.
Are all treatments available at every clinic?
Our clinics follow the same standards and offer a similar range of laser, skin and hair treatments. However, availability can differ by location, doctor and equipment, so please tell us which treatment you are interested in when you book, and our team will confirm the most convenient clinic for you.
How can I contact you?
You can call or WhatsApp us on +91 97738 63777, email info@paradisewellness.in, or send an enquiry through our Contact page. Our team will get back to you to answer questions, suggest a clinic and help you book a consultation or treatment at a time that suits you.
Consultations
Is the consultation free?
Yes. A consultation in clinic is free. You can talk through your concerns, have your skin or hair assessed and hear which treatments may suit you, with no obligation to go ahead. It is the best way to get an honest plan and an accurate price for your needs.
Can I have a video or phone consultation first?
Yes. If you would like to discuss your concerns before visiting, we offer video and phone consultations. They are a helpful first step for questions about treatments, sessions and prices, although some treatments still need an in-person assessment or patch test before they can begin.
What happens during a consultation?
We ask about your concerns, goals, medical history, medicines and any previous treatments, then assess your skin or hair. We explain the options that may suit you, the likely number of sessions, possible side effects and aftercare, and confirm the price. You are welcome to take time to decide.
Will I see a doctor at my consultation?
Our treatments are doctor-led, and our doctors set and approve treatment plans. If you would like to see a particular doctor, such as a dermatologist for a skin concern, please mention it when booking and our team will arrange a suitable time at the right clinic.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring a list of any medicines or supplements you take, details of skin or hair products you use, and any reports or prescriptions from previous treatments. Let us know about allergies, pregnancy or past reactions. For skin concerns, it helps to come without heavy make-up.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Sometimes, depending on the treatment, your suitability and availability on the day. Some treatments, such as laser hair removal, begin with a patch test, and others may need preparation first. Our team will tell you when you book whether same-day treatment is likely to be possible.
Am I obliged to book a treatment after my consultation?
Not at all. The consultation is there to help you understand your options and make an informed choice. If a treatment is not right for you, our doctors may suggest an alternative, more assessment or waiting. You can take your plan and price away and decide in your own time.
Appointments & visits
How do I book an appointment?
You can book using the form on our Book an Appointment page, by calling +91 97738 63777 or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Tell us the treatment you are interested in, your preferred clinic and a convenient time, and our team will be in touch to arrange it.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Your appointment is confirmed once our team calls or messages you back to confirm the date, time and clinic. Submitting the online form is a request, not a confirmed booking. If you have not heard from us, please call or WhatsApp us on +91 97738 63777.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome at all our clinics during opening hours. However, we recommend booking ahead, as it helps us have the right doctor and treatment room ready for you and avoids waiting. A quick call or WhatsApp message before you come is always a good idea.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please call or WhatsApp us as early as you can. Our Terms & Conditions ask for reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show conditions can vary by treatment and clinic, so our team will explain the terms that apply to your booking.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please let us know if you are running late. If there is not enough time left to complete your treatment properly, your session may be shortened or we may need to reschedule it, as explained in our Terms & Conditions. Arriving a few minutes early is always helpful.
How long does a session take?
It depends on the treatment and area. For example, a laser hair removal session can take around 15 minutes for a small area such as the upper lip and up to about an hour for larger areas. Our team will give you a guide when you book.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation depends on the treatment. For laser hair removal, for example, avoid tanning and follow the shaving and waxing advice we give you. Tell us about any new medicines, pregnancy or skin changes since your last visit. We share preparation guidance before your appointment.
Will you send me reminders?
Yes. With your details, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm appointments, send reminders and share preparation and aftercare information. You can find out how we handle your information, and how to change your preferences, in our Privacy Policy.
Prices, packages & payment
How much do your treatments cost?
You can see our prices on the Prices page and on each treatment page. The price for you can vary with the treatment area, the number of sessions you need and any current offers, so your final price is confirmed at your free consultation before any treatment begins.
Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes. Packages and bundles, such as a course of laser hair removal sessions or several areas together, cost less per session than booking single sessions. Each package has its own conditions, such as validity and booking rules, which our team explains when you buy it.
How long is a package valid?
Package validity, number of sessions, area restrictions and transfer conditions are set out when you buy the package, and can differ from package to package. Our team will explain the terms that apply to yours, and our Terms & Conditions page gives more general information.
Do you offer EMI or payment plans?
Yes, EMI and payment plans are available, subject to approval by our finance partner. Eligibility and details are confirmed at the clinic. Visit our Payment Plans page to learn more, or ask our team at your consultation.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the service, package, payment method and the terms agreed at purchase. Completed treatments may not be refundable unless required by law or specifically agreed. Our team will explain the terms that apply to you, and you can read more on our Terms & Conditions page.
Do you have current offers?
We run offers from time to time, which you can find on our Offers page. Offers may have start and end dates, limited availability and treatment or location restrictions, so please check the conditions or ask our team before booking.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers, which make a thoughtful present for someone you care about. For values, the treatments they can be used for and how to buy one, see our Gift Vouchers page or speak to our team, who will be happy to help.
Do you have a referral or loyalty programme?
Yes, we have referral and loyalty rewards for our clients. Our team can explain how they work and what you may be eligible for, and you can find more information on our Rewards page. Just ask at your next visit, by phone or on WhatsApp.
Are treatments covered by health insurance?
Most cosmetic treatments are not covered by health insurance, so please check with your insurer before your treatment if this is important to you. Our team can explain the cost of your treatment in advance, and EMI or payment plans may help you spread the cost, subject to approval.
Safety & suitability
Are your treatments safe?
Our treatments are doctor-led: our doctors check your suitability, medical history and skin or hair before treatment and set a plan for you. Like all medical and aesthetic procedures, treatments can have side effects, such as temporary redness or swelling, which your practitioner will discuss with you beforehand.
Which laser do you use for hair removal?
We use the Soprano Titanium by Alma Lasers, which combines three wavelengths (755, 810 and 1064 nm) in one handpiece with built-in skin cooling. Our doctors set it for your skin tone, hair colour and thickness, including darker Indian skin types.
Do you do a patch test before laser?
Yes. We carry out a patch test before laser treatment to check how your skin responds to the settings chosen for you. Your doctor reviews the result before your course begins. Other treatments may also need a patch test or further checks, depending on your skin and history.
Is laser suitable for Indian skin?
Laser hair removal can be suitable for a range of Indian skin tones when the right machine and settings are used. Our doctors set the Soprano Titanium laser for your skin tone, including darker Indian skin, after an assessment and a patch test. Individual results vary.
Who should wait before having laser or skin treatments?
You may need to wait if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a recent tan or sunburn, active infection, cold sores or broken skin, or are taking isotretinoin or light-sensitising medicines. Very light, grey or white hair responds poorly to laser. Our doctors will advise you.
What should I tell the doctor before treatment?
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medicines or supplements, pregnancy, recent sun exposure, previous cosmetic procedures and past reactions to treatments or products. Accurate information helps our doctors decide whether a treatment is suitable and keep you safe.
Can I have treatment if I am pregnant?
Many cosmetic treatments, including laser hair removal, are usually postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please tell us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, and our doctors will advise you on what is suitable and what is best left until later.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We handle your personal information in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with our clinic team, trusted service providers and authorities where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Results & aftercare
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin and hair type, age, genetics, hormones, lifestyle and the number of sessions. Our doctors will give you an honest idea of what to expect at your consultation. Please also see our Medical Disclaimer page.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the treatment and your concern. For laser hair removal, most people need 6–8 sessions because hair grows in cycles. Other treatments may need a single session or a course. Your doctor will recommend a plan at your consultation.
When will I see results?
This varies by treatment and by person. With laser hair removal, many clients notice a difference after two or three sessions. Some skin treatments show a change sooner, while others build gradually over a course. Your doctor will explain what to expect for your treatment.
Are the before and after photos real?
Yes. We only show genuine photographs of our clients, shared with their consent. They show individual results, which vary from person to person, and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome. You can see examples on our Results page.
Is there any downtime?
Many treatments, including laser hair removal, have little or no downtime, and most people return to their day straight away. Some treatments can cause temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity or bruising. Your practitioner will explain what to expect before you go ahead.
What aftercare should I follow?
Aftercare depends on your treatment, but often includes gentle skincare, daily sunscreen and avoiding sun exposure, heat and harsh products for a short time. We give you aftercare advice after every treatment, and you can read general guidance on our Aftercare page.
What should I do if I have a reaction after treatment?
Some mild redness or sensitivity can be normal after treatment. If you notice anything that worries you, or a reaction that does not settle, please call or WhatsApp us on +91 97738 63777 so our team can advise you and arrange for you to be seen if needed.
Will I need maintenance sessions?
Sometimes. For laser hair removal, hormonal changes can trigger new growth, so some clients have occasional maintenance sessions. Many skin and hair treatments also benefit from top-ups over time. Your doctor will advise you on whether and when maintenance may help.
