Each one cleanses and exfoliates, clears congested pores and replenishes the skin — then adds a specific step, such as LED light, oxygen infusion, cryo cooling or a gentle peel, for your goal.
We offer a range of medi-facials, from a quick 15-minute Express Cryo that can be done over makeup, to the Red Carpet and La Fervance ritual facials for special occasions. Our team checks your skin first and suggests the facial that suits it best.
Most medi-facials have no downtime, so they fit into a lunch break or the days before an event. They also work well between stronger treatments such as peels, lasers or microneedling to keep skin calm and hydrated.

A medi-facial uses medical-grade products and devices, is chosen after a skin check, and is carried out in a doctor-led clinic. The aim is a visible improvement in skin health, not only relaxation.
It depends on your skin. For dehydration choose a hydration or oxygen facial; for dullness, a glow or microdermabrasion facial; for sensitive or acne-prone skin, an LED facial; for puffiness, a cryo facial. We will recommend one at your consultation.
Every 2–4 weeks suits most people. Before an event, book 3–7 days ahead so any mild redness has settled.
Most medi-facials have none. Facials that include a peel step can cause mild redness or light flaking for a day or two.
Often yes — an LED or carefully chosen medi-facial can help. Active, painful acne may need a doctor’s treatment first, so tell us at booking.
