Full body laser hair reduction brings every area you want treated into one planned course. Instead of booking the underarms one month and the legs the next, your doctor maps out all your areas at consultation and sets a schedule that works for your hair, skin and calendar. It is a popular choice before a wedding or for clients who simply want to stop thinking about hair removal.
Because each area has different hair, the session is not treated as one uniform block. Underarm and bikini hair is usually coarse and responds quickly, forearm and leg hair is often medium, and upper arm or thigh hair can be finer. Settings on the Soprano Titanium are adjusted area by area. Areas with thinner skin or more sensitivity, such as the bikini line and underarms, are handled more gently, while larger areas like the legs and back are covered with a gliding technique. You can pause between areas whenever you need to.
Full body sessions are longer, so they are usually spaced 6–8 weeks apart to match body hair cycles. If your face is included, it may be timed a little differently. Some clients add short face-only visits between full body sessions for this reason. Most clients complete 6–8 sessions. Starting well ahead of any big event gives the course time to work properly. Individual results vary.

Different areas, different hair
Coarse hair in the underarms and bikini area usually responds faster than finer hair on the upper arms or thighs. Your doctor adjusts settings for each area and will explain which areas may need extra sessions.
Planning around events
A full course takes many months because of the 6–8 week intervals. For a wedding or holiday, start as early as you can — ideally 9–12 months ahead — so the course is complete in time.
Face timing
Facial hair grows faster than body hair, so the face is usually treated every 4–6 weeks. If your face is part of your plan, some face-only visits may fall between full body sessions.

Where hormones such as in PCOS are driving growth, some areas — often the face, chin and stomach — may need maintenance after the main course.

- Shave all areas to be treated 24 hours before — let us know if you need help with hard-to-reach areas
- No waxing, epilating, bleaching or hair-removal creams for 4 weeks
- Avoid tanning and self-tan, and use sunscreen on exposed skin
- Skip lotions, oils, deodorant and make-up on the day
- Eat beforehand and wear loose, comfortable clothes — it is a longer session
Aftercare
- Redness and follicle bumps are normal and usually settle within hours
- No gym, saunas, swimming or hot showers for 24–48 hours
- Wear loose, breathable clothing
- Use a gentle moisturiser and sunscreen on any exposed treated skin
- Treated hairs shed over 1–3 weeks — shave if needed, but do not wax or pluck
