They include Body Exilis (radiofrequency and ultrasound), Sculptone muscle toning, X-Wave acoustic wave therapy, Mobilizer mechanical massage, lymphatic pressotherapy and Cryo Body.
Each works in a different way, so plans often combine two or three — for example Sculptone for tone with Exilis for skin tightening, or X-Wave with lymphatic drainage for cellulite.
These treatments work gradually over a course of sessions and are not a replacement for weight loss. They give the best results alongside a healthy diet, activity and a stable weight — our doctors will be honest about what to expect.

Controlled cooling for stubborn, pinchable fat
An applicator cools a stubborn pocket of fat, such as the tummy or love handles, so the treated fat cells break down and are cleared by the body over the following weeks. Not a weight-loss treatment.
Muscle toning and body shaping
A belt-held applicator works on the target area for 30 minutes to tone muscle and shape the body.
Skin tightening and fat reduction for the body
Radiofrequency and ultrasound energy heat the deeper tissue to tighten skin and reduce localised fat on the arms, abdomen, thighs and more.
Acoustic wave therapy for cellulite and contour
Acoustic wave pulses are delivered across the treatment area to improve cellulite, circulation and body contour.
Mechanical massage for contouring and cellulite
A deep mechanical massage device works on the arms, thighs, abdomen, buttocks and love handles to improve contour and smoothness.
Pressotherapy for drainage and lightness
