What is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser hair removal (also called laser hair reduction) uses concentrated light to reduce unwanted hair over a course of sessions. The light is absorbed by the pigment in each hair and converted to heat, which damages the follicle and slows or stops future growth — while cooling protects the skin around it.

Why You Need Several Sessions
Hair grows in three phases, and the laser only works on hair in the active growth phase. Sessions a few weeks apart catch each hair when it can be treated.

Is laser hair removal permanent?
It provides long-term hair reduction. Most treated hair does not grow back, and any regrowth is usually finer and lighter. Hormonal changes can trigger new growth, so some clients have occasional maintenance sessions. Individual results vary.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need 6–8 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart for the face and 6–8 weeks for the body, because hair grows in cycles. Your doctor confirms your plan at consultation.
Is laser hair removal safe for Indian skin?
Yes, when the right laser and settings are used under medical supervision. We use the Soprano Titanium by Alma Lasers, which combines three wavelengths (755, 810 and 1064 nm) with built-in cooling. Our doctors choose the settings for your skin tone and hair after a patch test, so darker Indian skin can be treated safely.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a quick snapping or warm sensation. Built-in cooling keeps it comfortable, and sensitive areas can be numbed if needed.
Can I get laser hair removal if I have PCOS?
Yes. Laser reduces hair well in PCOS, though hormones can stimulate new growth, so more sessions or maintenance may be needed. Your doctor may suggest managing the hormonal cause alongside.
Does laser hair removal work for men?

Does it work on white, grey or blonde hair?
