What is Pre-Groom Package?
The Pre-Groom Package is a skin, hair and grooming programme for men, planned with a doctor in the months before the wedding. Weddings mean months of functions, photos and close-up camera work. Starting early lets each treatment work properly and leaves enough time for any redness or peeling to settle well before the big days.
Your plan is built around your skin and hair. It can include facials such as HydraFacial or a carbon laser peel for clearer, smoother skin; acne care and chemical peels for active breakouts, marks or tanning; laser toning for uneven tone; and laser hair removal with the Soprano Titanium to shape the beard line and neck or reduce hair on the back, chest or shoulders. For thinning hair, your doctor may suggest PRP, GFC or hair mesotherapy, with a scalp check first.
Timing matters. Around three months before is ideal to start laser hair removal, acne and hair treatments, as they need several sessions. In the last month the focus moves to gentle peels and facials. In the final week we keep to treatments with no downtime, such as a HydraFacial a few days before. Nothing new or strong is tried close to the wedding. Results vary, and a programme cannot fix every concern in a few weeks, so we tell you honestly what is realistic in the time you have.

Gentle chemical peels, laser toning or carbon laser peel help with tanning, marks and texture. Laser sessions continue on schedule.

A HydraFacial or similar gentle facial a few days before the wedding. No new products, peels or lasers in the last week to avoid any surprise reaction.

Your doctor gives you a simple routine with a cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen, plus any prescribed creams, to support results between visits.

- Avoid gym sweat, steam and saunas for 24 hours after peels or lasers
- Do not start new skincare products in the final two weeks

How early should I start a pre-groom package?
About three months before the wedding is ideal, and earlier if you want laser hair removal on the back or chest or treatment for hair thinning. These need several sessions spaced weeks apart. If you have less time, we can still plan a shorter programme focused on facials and gentle care.
Can laser hair removal shape my beard?
Yes. Laser can reduce hair along the cheeks and neck to create a cleaner beard line, so you shave less and get fewer ingrown hairs. Because the reduction is long-lasting, the line is planned carefully with you before the first session.
I only have two weeks. Is it still worth it?
Yes, but the plan will be gentler. A HydraFacial and a good home routine can help skin look fresher. We will not start strong peels or lasers so close to the wedding, and longer treatments like hair regrowth cannot show results in that time.
Will my acne be clear by the wedding?
Many men see real improvement over a few months of treatment, but results vary and acne can flare with stress and late nights. Starting early gives more time, and your doctor will adjust the plan along the way.
Can the groom's family or friends join the programme?
Yes. Each person has their own consultation, since skin and hair needs differ. Plans can be timed together around the same wedding dates.
