What is Pink Treatment?
Pink Treatment is a radiance-focused microneedling session. After cleansing, microdermabrasion, gentle extraction and hydration, the doctor microneedles a pink serum into the skin, then finishes with a calming sheet mask and LED light. The aim is a healthy, rosy-looking glow on skin that has started to look flat or sallow.
Its closest siblings work on different goals. Dermapen and Dermapen 4 are mainly about scars and texture, and Aqua Gold concentrates on refining pores, whereas Pink Treatment is chosen for brightness and freshness. The session takes about an hour, and most people have only mild redness for around a day, so it is easy to fit around work and social plans.
It suits dull or sallow skin, including skin that looks tired after stress or travel, and is popular a few weeks before an event. It will not change deep pigmentation or scarring, and the rosy look reflects healthier, more hydrated skin rather than a change in colour. A course of 4–6 sessions, 3–4 weeks apart, is usual, and the doctor will check your skin before starting; results vary.

How to prepare
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for a week
- Stop retinol 5 days before
- Avoid waxing, threading or bleaching the area for a few days
- Tell the doctor about any medicines or skin conditions

Why is it called Pink Treatment?
It is named after the pink serum that is microneedled into the skin, and the fresh, rosy look it aims for.
Pink Treatment or GG Glow Facial?
Both aim for glow. GG Glow Facial adds a skin-tone pigment and cold mask for a glass-skin finish, with sessions close together; Pink Treatment is a course every 3–4 weeks focused on radiance. The doctor can help you choose.
How soon before an event should I book?
Ideally a week or two before, so any redness has fully settled. For a first session, allow a little more time.
Does it help acne scars?
It is designed for radiance rather than scars. For acne scars, Dermapen, Dermapen 4 or RF microneedling are usually better suited.
