What is 4D Laser (Q-Switch)?
The 4D Laser uses a Q-switch laser in more than one mode during the same session. Toning passes target pigment evenly across the face, while fractional passes deliver energy in fine, spaced points to help refine texture and the look of open pores. The facial prep and calming mask around it are similar to our face toning session.
This makes it a good fit when pigment is not the only concern — for example tan or dark spots alongside roughness and enlarged pores. Sessions take about 60 minutes, with mild redness for a few hours, and are repeated every 3–4 weeks over a course. The balance between the two modes can change from visit to visit as pigment fades and texture becomes the main focus.
If your main concern is pigment alone, standard face toning may be enough; if scarring or deeper texture is the issue, RF microneedling or resurfacing may suit better. The doctor examines your skin and chooses the modes and settings for your skin type. Results build gradually and vary between people.

How to prepare
- Avoid sun tanning for 2 weeks before
- Stop retinol and acids 3 days before
- Tell us about any medicines you take
- Skip bleaching, waxing or scrubs on the area for a week
