What is Full Body Polishing?
Full body polishing is our head-to-toe exfoliation and hydration treatment. It uses microdermabrasion to buff away dead, rough skin across the body, followed by a hydrating gel or cream chosen for your skin type and a soothing pack. Unlike Full Body Polishing + Peel, there is no chemical peel in this version, so there is no downtime.
After a cleanse, the microdermabrasion handpiece gently polishes the skin surface area by area. Removing the dull top layer helps the hydration step absorb well, and the calming mask, often with a relaxing hand massage, finishes the two-hour session. Skin usually feels smoother and looks fresher the same day.
Clients often book a course of 4–6 sessions, two weeks apart, in the run-up to a wedding, holiday or special occasion, or simply when body skin feels dull and dry. It is a relaxing, comfortable treatment rather than a medical one for pigmentation. If tan or uneven tone is your main concern, the peel version may suit you better, and your consultant will suggest a plan after looking at your skin. Results vary and last longer with regular moisturising and sunscreen.

How is this different from Full Body Polishing + Peel?
This version exfoliates and hydrates with no downtime. The peel version adds a doctor-applied clinical peel for tan and pigmentation, with light flaking for a few days.
When should I book before a wedding?
Starting a course 2–3 months ahead allows 4–6 sessions two weeks apart. Your consultant can plan the last session close to the date.
Is microdermabrasion comfortable?
Yes. Most people feel a gentle, slightly scratchy polishing sensation, and the hydration and mask steps are relaxing.
Can I shower after body polishing?
A lukewarm shower later in the day is fine. Avoid hot water, steam and scrubs for 48 hours.
