What is Full Body Polishing + Peel?
Full Body Polishing + Peel combines our full body microdermabrasion and hydration treatment with a clinical peel applied by the doctor. The peel gives a stronger effect on tan, pigmentation and rough texture than polishing alone, in exchange for a few days of light flaking afterwards.
The session begins with a cleanse and microdermabrasion to remove dead skin, then hydration. The doctor applies a peel suited to your skin to the areas that need it most and times it carefully, before a calming mask, soothing cream and sunscreen finish the two-hour visit. Sessions are spaced about four weeks apart so the skin can renew fully between peels.
This option is often chosen for stubborn body tan after holidays, uneven tone on the back, arms or legs, and as part of pre-wedding preparation when there is enough time for a course of 4–6 sessions. Because the skin flakes lightly for 2–4 days, it is not ideal right before an event. Tan and pigmentation return with sun exposure, so results vary and depend on sun protection. The doctor checks your skin first and may suggest polishing alone if your skin is sensitive.

How to prepare

Polishing alone suits dull, dry skin with no downtime. Adding the peel suits tan and uneven tone, with light flaking. The doctor recommends one after checking your skin.
How close to a wedding can I have the last session?
Allow at least a week so flaking has fully settled. Many brides switch to polishing without a peel for the final session.
Will it remove my tan completely?
It can make body tan look noticeably lighter over a course, but results vary and tan returns with sun exposure without protection.
Can I go to the gym afterwards?
Avoid heavy sweating, sauna and swimming for a few days while the skin is flaking.
