What is Cryo Facial?
The Cryo Facial is our complete cooling facial. It follows a full medi-facial routine — cleanse, exfoliation, extraction and hydration — and then adds controlled cryo therapy to the face and neck. It is the longer, more thorough version of our 15-minute Express Cryo, which skips the facial steps and focuses only on the cold.
Once pores are cleared and a hydrating gel or cream suited to your skin is massaged in, controlled cold is passed over the skin. The cold helps pores look tighter, calms warmth and redness after extraction, and reduces the look of puffiness. A soothing mask, often with a hand massage, and sunscreen finish the hour.
It is a favourite for tired, puffy or congested skin, particularly in the Delhi summer or after late nights. Because courses are booked every 1–2 weeks, it also works as a regular maintenance facial. Cold therapy is not suitable for everyone — people with cold sensitivity or certain circulation conditions should speak to us first — and the effect on pores and puffiness is temporary, so regular sessions and a good home routine matter.

Cryo Facial FAQs
What is the difference between the Cryo Facial and Express Cryo?
The Cryo Facial is a 60-minute facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration before the cold step. Express Cryo is a 15-minute cold boost only, and can be done over makeup.
Does the cryo step hurt?
It feels very cold and crisp but is comfortable for most people. The therapist keeps the cold moving and checks in with you.
Does it shrink pores?
Pore size is largely genetic. Clearing and cooling help pores look tighter and cleaner, but the effect is temporary and results vary.
Why are sessions only 1–2 weeks apart?
The facial is gentle, so it can be repeated often. A course of 4–6 sessions close together helps keep congestion and puffiness under control.
