What is Express Cryo?
Express Cryo is the shortest treatment on our medi-facial menu. There is no cleansing, exfoliation or extraction — just controlled cold therapy applied to the face and neck for around 15 minutes. You can have it over your makeup and go straight back to your day.
The cold causes a brief, refreshing tightening of the skin and helps reduce the look of puffiness, especially around the eyes and jawline. Most people describe it as a crisp, cooling mist. Because the skin is not stripped or exfoliated, there is nothing to recover from.
It is designed for busy schedules: a quick lift before a meeting, a photo shoot or an evening event, or a pick-me-up after travel. It is a refresher rather than a skin treatment, so the effect is short-lived and will not clear congestion or change texture over time — for that, the full 60-minute Cryo Facial or another medi-facial is a better fit. If you are sensitive to cold or have a circulation condition, tell us before booking.

Can I really have Express Cryo over makeup?
Yes. It does not involve cleansing or products, so most people keep their makeup on and simply touch it up afterwards if needed.
How long does the effect last?
The refreshed, less puffy look usually lasts for a few hours to the rest of the day. Results vary, which is why many clients book it just before an event.
Should I choose Express Cryo or the full Cryo Facial?
Choose Express Cryo for a quick lift. Choose the Cryo Facial if you also want cleansing, extraction and hydration for congested or dull skin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
