What is DermaFrac?
DermaFrac is one of the gentlest options in our microneedling range. It combines diamond-tip microdermabrasion with shallow micro-channelling under gentle vacuum, so a serum chosen for your concern is drawn into the skin as the channels are made. The session finishes with red or blue LED light to calm the skin.
The serum is picked for your goal: brightening, anti-ageing, acne or hydration. Because the channels are very fine and shallow, DermaFrac can be used on the face, neck and even the under-eye area, and any redness usually settles within a few hours. Sessions take 45 minutes to an hour, every two weeks.
It suits people with dull or uneven skin, early fine lines and open pores who want visible progress without the downtime of deeper microneedling. It is not the right tool for established acne scars or loose skin, where Dermapen or RF microneedling may be more suitable. A course of six sessions is usually advised, followed by maintenance every two months; results vary with your skin and the serum chosen.

Is DermaFrac painful?
Most people feel only light pressure and suction. It is one of our gentlest advanced facials.
DermaFrac or Dermapen — which is right for me?
DermaFrac works at a shallower level with only a few hours of redness, so it suits glow, tone and early lines. Dermapen goes deeper for scars and texture, with 1–2 days of redness.
Can DermaFrac be used under the eyes?
Yes, it is gentle enough for the under-eye area, where it can help with hydration and a brighter look. Dark circles caused by hollowing may need a different treatment.
Why is maintenance every two months?
Skin keeps renewing and ageing, so a session every two months after the course helps keep the improvement going.
