What is Exilis Face?
Exilis Face combines radiofrequency and ultrasound energy in one handpiece. It warms the deeper layers of the skin to encourage tightening and collagen renewal, and it can be used on the full face — including the delicate skin around the eyes — as well as the forehead, cheeks, jawline and neck.
Compared with our other HIFU options, Exilis is the gentlest and most gradual. Ultherapy is a single yearly ultrasound session and Tight Pro is a longer radiofrequency treatment every few months; Exilis is a weekly course of 6–10 shorter sessions with no numbing and no downtime. It feels like a comfortable, spreading warmth.
It tends to suit people with early laxity who want steady, subtle firming — a fresher eye area, softer fine lines, a neater jawline — and can easily fit a weekly visit into their routine. It is also useful as maintenance after other treatments. Because the change builds slowly, you may notice slight firming after a session, visible tightening from 4–8 weeks and more by three months. It will not correct heavy sagging, and results vary. The doctor checks for implants and other contraindications first.
