What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to reach the deep foundation layers beneath the skin without needles or incisions. Tiny points of heat are placed line by line, prompting the tissue to contract and new collagen to form over the following months.
Within our HIFU options, Ultherapy is the once-a-year treatment. Tight Pro and Exilis use radiofrequency and are given as courses; Ultherapy is usually a single, longer session of up to two hours, repeated every 10–12 months. The doctor maps the face, jawline and neck, and plans the depths for each area before starting.
It is typically chosen by people with early to moderate sagging — a softer jawline, a heavier brow or loosening neck skin — who are not ready for, or prefer to avoid, surgery. Some firming may be noticed the same day, with visible tightening between 4 and 8 weeks and the fullest change around three months. It cannot match a surgical lift for significant laxity, and results vary with age, skin quality and lifestyle. The doctor will tell you honestly whether Ultherapy is likely to help.
