What is Hydration Facial?
The Hydration Facial is our classic clinical facial and the simplest of the medi-facials. It cleanses the skin, clears blackheads and whiteheads from congested pores, and then replenishes moisture with a hydrating gel or cream chosen for your skin type, before a calming mask finishes the session.
Unlike the MDA or Signature Glow facials, it does not include microdermabrasion, and unlike the Power Glow it has no peel step. That makes it a gentle, comfortable choice when skin feels tight, flaky or dull from air-conditioning, pollution or the Delhi winter, and a sensible starting point if you have never had a clinical facial before. The whole visit takes around 40 minutes.
Most people book a course of 4–6 sessions two weeks apart, then continue as regular maintenance. It is a hydrating and cleansing facial rather than a treatment for pigmentation, acne scars or ageing, so if those are your main concerns our team may suggest a different option. Results vary with your skin and routine, and daily sunscreen and moisturiser help the benefits last.

How to prepare

How is the Hydration Facial different from the Medi-Facial (MDA)?
The Hydration Facial focuses on cleansing, extraction and moisture. The MDA facial adds microdermabrasion to buff away dead skin, so it suits rough or dull texture better.
Is it suitable for dry or sensitive skin?
Usually yes — it has no exfoliating device or peel, and the hydrating product is chosen for your skin type. Tell us about any sensitivity so we can adjust.
Will extraction hurt?
You may feel brief pressure as blackheads and whiteheads are cleared, but most people find it comfortable. We keep extraction gentle to avoid marking the skin.
Can I have it before a function?
Yes. There is no downtime, so it can be done a day or two before an event; booking a few days ahead gives any slight redness from extraction time to settle.
