What is Jawline, Chin & Cheek Fillers?
Jawline, chin and cheek fillers use a firmer hyaluronic acid gel to add structure where the face has lost it or never had much. Placed along the jaw angle and jawline, filler can sharpen the line between the face and neck. In the chin, it improves projection and balance in profile. In the cheeks, it restores lift and can soften shadows lower down the face.
These areas are usually planned together, because a stronger chin can make the jawline look sharper and lifting the cheeks can soften early jowls. We use firmer products from the ranges already used in our clinics, including Restylane, Teoxane RHA and EPTQ, and the doctor chooses one for each area at your consultation.
The treatment is popular with both men and women, and the plan differs: men often want a squarer, stronger jaw, while women more often want a softer, defined line. Filler adds structure but does not tighten loose skin or reduce fat under the chin, so the doctor may pair it with HIFU, Botox or fat-dissolving treatment. Results vary.

How to prepare
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before
- If your doctor agrees, pause aspirin, fish oil and vitamin E for a few days to reduce bruising
- Plan weddings, photos and events at least 2 weeks after
- Tell the doctor about pregnancy, medicines, past filler or cold sores
What to expect

Aftercare
- Cold compress for the first day

How many syringes do I need for the jawline?
It varies. A chin may need one syringe; a full jawline often needs two or more, sometimes over two visits. The doctor gives you a plan at consultation.
Will jawline filler get rid of a double chin?
No. Filler adds structure, which can make the jawline look sharper, but it does not remove fat. Fat-dissolving treatment or HIFU may be suggested alongside.
How long do jawline and chin fillers last?
