What is Progenra?
Progenra is a regenerative hair therapy made from your own cells. Instead of a blood sample, a tiny sample of your own scalp tissue is taken under numbing, processed in the clinic into a regenerative solution, and injected by the doctor into thinning areas in the same visit.
It is the most involved option in our hair range. Each session takes about an hour, the scalp may feel tender for a day or two, and sessions are spaced far apart, usually every 4–6 months for a course of 3–4. That long gap between visits appeals to people who travel often or cannot come in every month, although the first appointment needs a little more time for the assessment and sample.
Progenra is usually considered for progressive thinning, or by clients who want an advanced option after trying other treatments. It is not right for everyone, so suitability and realistic expectations are discussed in detail at your consultation. It works where follicles are still active, results vary from person to person, and your doctor may recommend it alongside medical hair care rather than on its own.
