At Paradise Wellness, Botox costs ₹7,999 for one area, ₹19,999 for three areas (forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet together) and ₹17,999 for jaw slimming (masseter). These are guide prices; your exact price is confirmed at a free consultation once a doctor has seen how your muscles move.
This guide explains how Botox is priced, why two people can pay different amounts, and what a year of treatment usually costs. For how the treatment works, see our Botox treatment page.
How is Botox priced?
Clinics price Botox in one of two ways: per unit of product, or per area treated. Our guide prices are per area, because that is easier to understand before you book.
An “area” means one group of muscles, for example:
- Forehead lines — the horizontal lines when you raise your eyebrows
- Frown lines — the “11” lines between the brows
- Crow’s feet — the lines at the outer corners of the eyes when you smile
Most people who want an overall refreshed look choose all three, which is why the three-area price is lower than paying for each separately.
Botox price list at Paradise Wellness
| Treatment | Guide price |
|---|---|
| One area | ₹7,999 |
| Three areas (forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet) | ₹19,999 |
| Jaw slimming (masseter) | ₹17,999 |
Prices are the same at all four of our clinics in Vasant Vihar, Gurugram, Pitampura and Civil Lines. You can see every treatment’s guide price on our pricing page.
What makes one person’s Botox cost more than another’s?
- How many areas you treat. This is the biggest factor.
- Muscle strength. Strong frown or jaw muscles can need more product to soften.
- The goal. Jaw slimming and treatment for excessive sweating are different from softening fine lines, and are planned separately.
- Who injects. At our clinics, every Botox treatment is given by a doctor who assesses your expressions first. Very low prices elsewhere can mean diluted product or a less experienced injector.
How long does Botox last, and what does a year cost?
Botox usually starts working in 3–5 days, reaches its full effect at about two weeks, and lasts around 3–4 months. To keep the result, most people repeat it three or four times a year. As an example, treating one area three times a year at the guide price comes to about ₹24,000; three areas three times a year comes to about ₹60,000. Your doctor can tell you what is realistic for your face.
Many people find that with regular treatment, lines become less deep over time. Others prefer to have Botox only before a wedding or a big event. Both are fine.
Is cheaper Botox worth it?
Botox is a prescription medicine, and the result depends on the product, the dose and where it is placed. Before choosing on price alone, ask:
- Who will inject me, and what are their qualifications?
- Which product is used, and can I see it opened?
- Is a review appointment at two weeks included?
- What happens if one side looks different from the other?
Every Botox treatment at Paradise Wellness includes a doctor’s assessment and a review at about two weeks to fine-tune the result if needed.
Botox or fillers — which should I budget for?
Botox relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines. Dermal fillers restore lost volume and shape, for example in the cheeks, lips or under-eyes. Many people need only one; some benefit from both. Our guide to Botox vs fillers explains the difference in more detail.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an extra charge for the consultation?
No. A consultation in clinic is free, and video or phone consultations are also available.
Can I pay in instalments?
EMI is available on packages, subject to approval. See our payment plans.
Does jaw slimming Botox cost the same as forehead Botox?
No. The masseter muscles are larger, so jaw slimming is priced separately. Read more in our masseter Botox guide or on the jaw slimming Botox page.
Who should not have Botox?
Botox is not given during pregnancy or breastfeeding, to people with certain neuromuscular conditions, or where there is an infection at the injection site. Tell your doctor about every medicine you take.
