What is Cryo Body?
Cryo Body is a full-body skin treatment rather than a contouring device. Over about three hours, the skin is cleansed, exfoliated, deeply hydrated and treated area by area with controlled cold therapy, then finished with a calming mask and aftercare. It is our body option for texture and glow, while the other treatments focus on tone, tightening or cellulite.
Exfoliation buffs away dead skin, a hydrating gel or cream chosen for your skin type is massaged in, and the cold therapy helps the skin feel firmer and calmer. A course is usually 4–6 sessions every 1–2 weeks, and most people leave with visibly fresh, glowing skin the same day and no downtime.
Cryo Body suits dull or tired body skin and is a popular choice before a wedding, holiday or event. It works on the surface of the skin and does not reduce fat or change body shape, so pair it with Body Exilis or Sculptone if contour is your goal. People who are very sensitive to cold should tell us first. Results vary.

How to prepare
- Come with clean skin if possible
