Body Contouring Aftercare
Non-surgical body contouring includes fat freezing, RF tightening and muscle toning. Most treatments have no downtime, and simple habits after each session support the result.

Your own doctor’s instructions always come first. If anything here is different from what you were told at the clinic, follow your doctor and ask us if you are unsure.

Aftercare questions
When will I see results from body contouring?
Fat freezing results build over 8–12 weeks. Tightening and toning improve over a course of sessions.
Can I exercise after a session?
Yes, light to normal exercise is usually fine the same day.
Is body contouring a weight-loss treatment?
No. It shapes stubborn areas. It works best when your weight is stable.
