What is Exosome Treatment?
Exosome Treatment combines Dermapen microneedling with an exosome-based serum. The serum is applied section by section while the doctor microneedles, so it can pass through the fresh micro-channels, and the skin is then calmed with a mask, red LED light and repair serums.
Exosomes are tiny carriers involved in the way cells signal to one another, and exosome skincare products are designed to support the skin’s repair response. It is important to be clear that evidence for exosome skincare is still developing, and the doctor will explain what can realistically be expected for your skin before you start.
It is usually considered for acne scars, early ageing and dull skin, and as supportive care after other procedures. Compared with standard Dermapen, the difference is the serum and the longer calming finish rather than the needling itself. A course is typically 4–8 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with 1–2 days of redness each time. Results vary, and it is not the right choice for everyone, so the doctor decides after assessment.

How to prepare
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for a week
- Stop retinol 5 days before
- Avoid waxing, threading or bleaching the area for a few days
