What is P3 Treatment?
P3 Treatment is the most comprehensive option in our microneedling range, combining three steps in one visit: an IPL photo facial, PRP prepared from your own blood, and microneedling to deliver it. The doctor uses Morpheus8 or Dermapen 4 for the microneedling step, depending on your skin and goals.
After cleansing and hydration, soft pulses of IPL light target pigmentation, redness and dullness. A small blood sample is spun to prepare plasma rich in growth factors, which is then applied as the doctor microneedles the skin. The visit takes about 90 minutes, with 1–2 days of redness afterwards.
It suits people with several concerns at once, such as tone, texture and glow, and mature or tired-looking skin that would otherwise need separate appointments. Because it includes IPL, freshly tanned skin must wait and deeper skin tones need careful settings; because it uses PRP, blood disorders and certain medicines need discussing first. A course of 4–6 sessions, four weeks apart, is typical. The doctor decides whether all three steps suit you, and results vary.

How to prepare
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for a week
- Stop retinol 5 days before
- Eat a light meal and drink water before your visit
- Tell the doctor about all medicines, including blood thinners

Why combine three treatments in one visit?
Each step targets something different: IPL for tone, PRP to support repair, and microneedling for texture and collagen. Combining them saves separate visits, though the doctor may advise fewer steps for some skin types.
Morpheus8 or Dermapen 4 — which is used?
The doctor chooses based on your concern. Morpheus8 adds radiofrequency for firmness and deeper texture, while Dermapen 4 is used when a lighter microneedling step is enough.
Is P3 suitable for darker Indian skin?
Often, with care. The IPL step needs cautious settings on deeper skin tones, and the doctor may adjust or leave it out if the risk of pigment change is higher.
Does the blood draw hurt?
It feels like a routine blood test. Only a small sample is needed to prepare the PRP.
