What is Face Peel?
Our face peel is a clinical chemical peel chosen and timed by the doctor for your skin on the day. It removes the dull top layer of skin and encourages fresh, more even skin to come through. It is the everyday workhorse of our peel range: lighter than the yellow peel or Cosmelan, applied and removed in the same visit, with only light flaking afterwards.
Because the peel is selected for your concern, the same appointment can focus on oily, acne-prone skin, on tan and dark spots, or on rough texture. The doctor watches the skin closely while the peel works and neutralises or removes it at the right moment, so the strength is matched to how your skin responds.
People often choose a face peel as a regular course for acne, marks and tan, or as a step up from facials when they want a more clinical result. A course of 4–6 sessions about four weeks apart is typical, and results vary with skin type and sun habits. Deep melasma or scarring usually needs a different approach, such as Cosmelan, laser toning or microneedling, and the doctor will tell you if that fits better.

How to prepare
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for a week
- Stop retinol, scrubs and acids 3–5 days before
- Avoid waxing or threading the area for a week
- Tell us about pregnancy, medicines and any skin conditions

Can a face peel help with acne?

How is this different from the yellow peel?
The face peel is lighter, is removed in clinic and usually causes 2–4 days of light flaking. The yellow peel stays on for hours and peels more.
Can I combine face peels with facials?
