What is Paradise Booster Dose?
The Paradise Booster Dose is a single antioxidant dose of N-acetylcysteine (NAC, 1000 mg). Unlike our full drips, it takes only 10–15 minutes and can be given on its own or added to any Paradise drip, as advised by the doctor. Clients often add it to a drip they are already having, rather than booking it as a separate treatment.
Before the dose, our medical team checks your blood pressure and health, including whether you have asthma or have reacted to NAC before. The booster is then given slowly through a fine IV line, and you can return to your routine straight after. How often you have it, if at all, is decided by the doctor.
NAC is an antioxidant with established medical uses, but evidence for IV NAC as a wellness booster in healthy adults is limited, and results vary. It is not a treatment for any illness and is not needed by everyone. Your doctor will explain whether adding it to your plan makes sense, and will not suggest it if it is unlikely to help.

Side effects & safety
The Booster Dose is given slowly under medical supervision, only after a doctor’s screening that includes asking about asthma.
Normal, and settles quickly
- A small bruise or tenderness where the cannula was placed
- A cool feeling in the arm while the drip runs
- A brief warm or flushed feeling
