What is Paradise Reduce Drip (Weight management)?
The Paradise Reduce Drip is a supportive drip for clients following a supervised weight-management plan. It contains L-carnitine, a nutrient involved in how the body produces energy, together with magnesium, vitamin C, glutathione and B vitamins. It is not a weight-loss treatment on its own, and we only offer it alongside a healthy diet and exercise plan agreed with your doctor.
Your first visit is a consultation about your goals, health and routine. If the doctor feels the drip is appropriate, each session begins with a blood pressure and health check, and the infusion runs for 30–45 minutes while you relax. A course is usually 4–8 drips, 7–10 days apart, reviewed as you go.
We want to be completely clear. There is limited evidence that IV drips help with weight, and any change in your weight will come from eating, activity, sleep and, where relevant, medical care. Some clients simply feel the drip helps them stay on track with workouts; results vary. If you are hoping to change body shape, your doctor may also talk you through body contouring options and what each can realistically do.

The Reduce Drip is given only after a doctor’s screening and only as part of a supervised diet and exercise plan.

Will the Reduce Drip help me lose weight?
Not on its own, and we do not offer it as a weight-loss treatment. It is only used alongside a diet and exercise plan agreed with your doctor, and evidence for IV drips helping with weight is limited.
What is L-carnitine?
It is a nutrient the body uses in energy production. The drip also contains magnesium, vitamin C, glutathione and B vitamins.
Reduce or Recharge — what is the difference?
Both contain L-carnitine and vitamins. Reduce is used within a supervised weight-management plan, while Recharge adds zinc and is aimed at regular gym-goers; your doctor advises which suits you.
Can I exercise on the day of my drip?
Yes, light to normal exercise is usually fine. Keep the plaster on for about an hour and drink plenty of water.
