What is Paradise Recharge Drip (Gym)?
The Paradise Recharge Drip, our Gym drip, is a vitamin and mineral drip for people who train regularly. It contains L-carnitine, magnesium, vitamin C, zinc, glutathione and B vitamins. Compared with our other drips, it is aimed at gym-goers who feel their training leaves them fatigued or dehydrated, rather than at skin or hair goals.
Before every drip, our medical team checks your blood pressure and health and asks about your training, supplements and any injuries. The infusion then runs for 30–45 minutes while you relax, so many clients book it on a rest day or after a session. A course is usually 4–8 drips, 7–10 days apart, as advised by the doctor.
Honesty matters here. Evidence that IV drips speed muscle recovery or improve performance is limited, and results vary. Sleep, food, fluids and sensible programming do most of the work, and ongoing muscle pain or unusual fatigue should be checked by a doctor rather than treated with a drip. Some clients simply find Recharge a useful part of their routine, and your doctor will tell you if it is unlikely to help.

The Recharge Drip is given only after a doctor’s screening, with sterile technique and supervision throughout.

Recharge or Renew — which is right for me?
Recharge includes vitamin C and zinc and is aimed at regular gym training; Renew includes vitamins A, D and E and is often chosen around sports and endurance events. Your doctor advises which suits your routine.
Will it make me recover faster?
We cannot promise that. Evidence for IV drips speeding recovery is limited and results vary; sleep, food and hydration matter most.
Should I have it before or after a workout?
Many clients book it on a rest day or after training. Avoid heavy lifting with the drip arm until the plaster comes off.
I compete in a tested sport. Can I have it?
Check your sport’s anti-doping rules first, as some restrict IV infusions. Tell the doctor so they can advise.
