What is Paradise Renew Drip (Sports)?
The Paradise Renew Drip, our Sports drip, contains B vitamins, glutathione, vitamins A, D and E, magnesium and L-carnitine. It is aimed at people who play sport or take part in endurance events such as marathons, cycling or long treks, and who feel physically exhausted around training blocks and events. Compared with our Recharge Drip for regular gym training, Renew includes the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E.
Every drip starts with a health and blood pressure check by our medical team, including questions about your event calendar and supplements. The infusion then runs for 30–45 minutes in a recliner, and a course is usually 4–8 drips, 7–10 days apart, as advised by the doctor.
A drip is not a shortcut to performance. Evidence for IV nutrients improving stamina or recovery is limited, and results vary. If you compete in a tested sport, check your anti-doping rules before booking, as some restrict IV infusions. Symptoms such as chest pain, fainting or dark urine after exercise need medical attention, not a drip. Your doctor will give you an honest view of whether Renew fits your plan.

Is the Renew Drip allowed in competitive sport?
Some anti-doping rules restrict IV infusions, so check with your sport’s governing body before booking. Tell the doctor if you are a tested athlete.
How is Renew different from Recharge?
Renew includes vitamins A, D and E and is often chosen around sports and endurance events, while Recharge adds vitamin C and zinc for regular gym training. Your doctor advises which suits you.
When should I have it around an event?
Timing depends on your event and health, so the doctor plans it with you. Many clients book in the days after a big effort rather than just before.
Will it improve my performance?
We cannot promise that. Evidence is limited and results vary; training, sleep and nutrition matter most.
